conservator of the person \uff0c\u4e8c\u5247\u70ba\u8cc7\u7522\u76e3\u7ba1 conservator of the estate \u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u751f\u6d3b\u8d77\u5c45\u76e3\u8b77\u6307\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5728\u8863\u98df\u4f4f\u884c\u80b2\u6a02\u5404\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u76e1\u4e0a\u7167\u8b77\u7576\u4e8b\u4eba\u4e4b\u8cac\uff0c\u4e26\u5b9a\u671f\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u5831\u544a\u73fe\u6cc1\u3002\u67d0\u4e9b\u6709\u95dc\u65bc\u7576\u4e8b\u4eba\u91ab\u7642\u4e0a\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u7d93\u904e\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u540c\u610f\u624d\u53ef\u57f7\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\u8303\u6b3d\u8ca0\u8cac\u7684\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u751f\u6d3b\u8d77\u5c45\u76e3\u8b77\uff0c\u4e5f\u5305\u542b\u8cc7\u7522\u76e3\u7ba1\u3002\u76ee\u7684\u5728\u65bc\uff0c\u7ba1\u7406\u5976\u5976\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u3001\u652f\u4ed8\u5e33\u55ae\u3001\u78ba\u4fdd\u539f\u5148\u7684\u6536\u5165\u6216\u798f\u5229\u91d1\u4e0d\u9593\u65b7\u3001\u4fdd\u8b77\u5976\u5976\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u3001\u8b39\u614e\u4f5c\u51fa\u6295\u8cc7\u7406\u8ca1\u6c7a\u5b9a\u7b49\u7b49\u3002\u8cc7\u7522\u76e3\u7ba1\u4eba\u9808\u5b9a\u671f\uff0c\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u51fa\u8ca1\u52d9\u7ba1\u7406\u5831\u544a\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8303\u6b3d\u632a\u7528\u5976\u5976\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u79c1\u7528\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u88ab\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5c07\u88ab\u6cd5\u9662\u4e88\u4ee5\u8655\u7f70\u6216\u64a4\u63db\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8303\u6b3d\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8acb\u76e3\u8b77\u5976\u5976\uff0c\u4e26\u975e\u6613\u4e8b\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u4ed6\u53ef\u80fd\u5fc5\u9808\u62ff\u51fa\u4e00\u7b46\u4fdd\u8b49\u91d1\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u9084\u6703\u8981\u6c42\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u8b49\u64da\uff0c\u7531\u91ab\u751f\u548c\u5fc3\u7406\u6cbb\u7642\u5e2b\uff0c\u51fa\u793a\u5976\u5976\u5931\u53bb\u5fc3\u667a\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u5149\u8dd1\u91ab\u9662\u5c31\u8b93\u8303\u6b3d\u5fd9\u9032\u5fd9\u51fa\u4e86\u597d\u4e00\u9663\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6cd5\u9662\u6703\u6307\u6d3e\u4e00\u4f4d\u8abf\u67e5\u4eba\u54e1\uff0c\u767b\u9580\u4e86\u89e3\u5976\u5976\u662f\u5426\u6709\u88ab\u76e3\u8b77\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\uff0c\u4e5f\u6703\u8a2a\u8ac7\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u8303\u6b3d\uff0c\u53ca\u5976\u5976\u8eab\u908a\u7684\u89aa\u53cb\u3002\u8abf\u67e5\u4eba\u54e1\u6bcf\u9694\u4e00\u9663\u5b50\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5b9a\u671f\u78ba\u8a8d\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u662f\u5426\u514b\u76e1\u8077\u5b88\uff0c\u4e26\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u532f\u5831\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76e3\u8b77\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u5b9a\u671f\u51fa\u5ead\u807d\u5be9\uff0c\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u5448\u4ea4\u5404\u5f0f\u5404\u6a23\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u51fa\u5404\u9805\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6b65\u9a5f\u53ef\u80fd\u975e\u5e38\u7684\u7e41\u8907\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8058\u8acb\u5f8b\u5e2b\u4ee3\u52de\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u4e9b\u5ead\u5be9\u8981\u6c42\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u5728\u5834\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u82e5\u6709\u4ed6\u65b9\u51fa\u9762\u53cd\u5c0d\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u7684\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u4e5f\u6703\u53d7\u7406\u3002\u5728\u6cd5\u9662\u9084\u7121\u6cd5\u6c7a\u5b9a\u8ab0\u662f\u6700\u5408\u9069\u7684\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6216\u8a31\u6703\u6539\u6307\u6d3e\u53e6\u4e00\u4f4d\u81e8\u6642\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\uff0c\u4e26\u6388\u4e88\u81e8\u6642\u7684\u8077\u8cac\u7bc4\u570d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u5207\u8eab\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7591\u96e3\uff0c\u8acb\u6d3d\u8a62\u5289\u7f8e\u82b3\u5f8b\u5e2b\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240\u3002<br
