7136\u5927\u609f\u5f8c\u7d42\u65bc\u660e\u767d\u81ea\u5df1\u53d7\u4e86\u6b3a\u9a19\uff0c\u7af9\u99a8\u7d42\u65e5\u4ee5\u6dda\u6d17\u9762\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u4e0b\u53bb\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u8fa6\u6cd5\uff0c\u65bc\u662f\u5bb6\u4eba\u50ac\u4fc3\u5979\u8d95\u7dca\u53bb\u8fa6\u96e2\u5a5a\u624b\u7e8c\u3002\u5979\u9019\u624d\u7336\u7336\u8c6b\u8c6b\u5730\u4f86\u5230\u5f8b\u5e2b\u6a13\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>Publication Service\uff0c\u53eb\u516c\u793a\u9001\u9054\uff0c\u4e5f\u7a31\u516c\u544a\u9001\u9054\u3001\u767b\u5831\u9001\u9054\u3002\u9019\u662f\u5229\u7528\u767b\u5831\u516c\u544a\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u53bb\u53d6\u4ee3\u9001\u9054\u6cd5\u9662\u50b3\u7968\u7d66\u5c0d\u65b9\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u7372\u6cd5\u9662\u8a31\u53ef\u5f8c\uff0c\u5728\u7576\u5730\u7684\u5831\u520a\u4e0a\u516c\u544a\u96e2\u5a5a\u7533\u8acb\u548c\u50b3\u7968\uff0c\u70ba\u671f\u56db\u9031\u7684\u516c\u544a\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\uff0c\u82e5\u9084\u662f\u6c92\u6709\u6536\u5230\u5931\u8e2a\u4e00\u65b9\u7684\u56de\u61c9\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8acb\u6c42\u6cd5\u9662\u6309\u7f3a\u5e2d\u65b9\u5f0f\u5be9\u7406\u96e2\u5a5a\u6848\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u53ef\u662f\u6cd5\u9662\u5982\u4f55\u5b9a\u7fa9\u201c\u5931\u8e2a\u201d\u5462\uff1f Diligence\uff08\u76e1\u8077\u8abf\u67e5\uff09\u6587\u4ef6\u4f86\u8b49\u660e\u70ba\u5c0b\u627e\u5c0d\u65b9\u4e0b\u843d\u4ed8\u51fa\u6975\u5927\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u800c\u7121\u679c\u3002\u6cd5\u9662\u8a8d\u53ef\u5f8c\uff0c\u624d\u6703\u4e0b\u9054 \u201c\u516c\u544a\u9001\u9054\u201d\u7684\u547d\u4ee4\u3002
