\/>\u60f3\u5fc5\u662f\u9ebb\u8fa3\u706b\u9505\u5403\u591a\u4e86\u3002\u4ed6\u628a\u71c3\u70e7\u5230\u4e00\u534a\u7684\u4ed9\u5973\u68d2\u4ea4\u7ed9\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\uff0c<wbr \/>\u5429\u5490\u4ed6\u4eec\u5c0f\u5fc3\u4e00\u70b9\uff0c\u968f\u540e\u8dd1\u56de\u5bb6\u4e2d\u5982\u5395\u3002<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u5ffd\u7136\uff0c\u4f20\u6765\u59bb\u5b50\u60ca\u9a87\u7684\u547c\u6551\u58f0\u3002\u963f\u5efa\u8fde\u88e4\u5b50\u90fd\u6765\u4e0d\u53ca\u62c9\u4e0a\uff0c<wbr \/>\u5c31\u6025\u5fd9\u51b2\u51fa\u6765\u3002\u53d1\u751f\u4ec0\u4e48\u4e8b\u4e86\uff0c\u5927\u547c\u5c0f\u53eb\u7684\uff1f<wbr \/>\u9694\u58c1\u90bb\u5c45\u5bb6\u7684\u9662\u5b50\u8d77\u706b\u4e86\uff01\u706b\u52bf\u4e4b\u731b\u70c8\uff0c\u904d\u5730\u843d\u53f6\u987f\u65f6\u88ab\u541e\u566c\u3002<wbr \/>\u5feb\u6551\u706b\uff01\u963f\u5efa\u62c9\u51fa\u56ed\u827a\u7528\u7684\u6d12\u6c34\u7ba1\uff0c\u8bd5\u56fe\u706d\u706b\uff0c\u53ef\u60dc\u53ea\u662f\u676f\u6c34\u8f66\u85aa\u3002<wbr \/>\u5f88\u5feb\uff0c\u90bb\u5c45\u4e5f\u53d1\u73b0\u81ea\u5bb6\u7740\u706b\u4e86\uff0c\u614c\u5fd9\u62e8\u6253911\u6c42\u6551\u3002<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u4e00\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u8f66\u9053\u4e0a\u88ab\u8d76\u6765\u7684\u6d88\u9632\u8f66\u3001\u8b66\u8f66\u3001\u6551\u62a4\u8f66\u5360\u636e\uff0c<wbr \/>\u8b66\u6d88\u4eba\u5458\u5fd9\u8fdb\u5fd9\u51fa\u7684\u3002\u6697\u591c\u4e2d\uff0c\u9e23\u7b1b\u58f0\u683c\u5916\u523a\u8033\uff0c<wbr \/>\u8b66\u793a\u706f\u95ea\u70c1\u4e2a\u4e0d\u505c\uff0c\u5f15\u6765\u9644\u8fd1\u5c45\u6c11\u56f4\u89c2\u3002\u963f\u5efa\u8fd9\u4e0b\u53ef\u51fa\u540d\u4e86\uff0c<wbr \/>\u6216\u8ba9\u5b69\u5b50\u5728\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5927\u4eba\u76d1\u7763\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u917f\u6210\u706b\u707e\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">\u52a0\u5dde\u635f\u574f\u8d22\u7269\u8d54\u507f<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u4e00\u822c\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5c4b\u4e3b\u4f1a\u6295\u4fdd\u4fdd\u9669\uff0c\u6309\u7167\u6b63\u5e38<a damages\uff09\u3002\u6076\u610f\u7834\u574f\uff0c<wbr \/>\u540c\u65f6\u8fd8\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u5224\u5904\u989d\u5916\u7684\u60e9\u7f5a\u6027\u8d54\u507f\uff08punitive damages, or exemplary
