href=\"https:\/\/www.castletonlaw.com\/blog\/tag\/%e5%a4%ab%e5%a6%bb%e5%85%b1%e5%90%8c%e8%b2%a1%e7%94%a2\/\">\u5bb6\u5ead\u8d22\u52a1<\/a>\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u5171\u540c\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u539f\u5219\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u7ef4\u62a4\u592b\u59bb\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4fe1\u4efb\u548c\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u51cf\u5c11\u8d22\u52a1\u95ee\u9898\u5bf9\u5a5a\u59fb\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E5%A4%AB%E5%A6%BB%E5%85%B1%E5%90%8C%E8%B4%A2%E4%BA%A7\"><\/span>\u592b\u59bb\u5171\u540c\u8d22\u4ea7<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u4e3a\u4e86\u8fbe\u5230\u5171\u540c\u8d1f\u62c5\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u592b\u59bb\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a1\u53d6\u4e00\u4e9b\u8d22\u52a1\u89c4\u5212\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5236\u5b9a\u9884\u7b97\u548c\u50a8\u84c4\u8ba1\u5212\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u592b\u59bb\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u7ba1\u7406\u5171\u540c\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u592b\u59bb\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u5728\u5a5a\u59fb\u8d22\u4ea7\u5236\u5ea6\u4e0b\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u503a\u52a1\u548c\u8d22\u4ea7\u5982\u4f55\u88ab\u5904\u7406\u548c\u5206\u914d\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u65b9\u7528\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d22\u4ea7\u507f\u8fd8\u4e86\u503a\u52a1\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u60c5\u51b5\u4f1a\u8ba9\u592b\u59bb\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u5173\u4fc2\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u8907\u6742\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5f53\u592b\u59bb\u5173\u4fc2\u8d70\u5230\u5fc5\u987b\u7ed3\u675f\u5a5a\u59fb\u7684\u5730\u6b65\uff0c\u5728\u79bb\u5a5a\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u9700\u8981\u5904\u7406\u7684\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\u5c31\u662f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.castletonlaw.com\/blog\/tag\/%e5%a4%ab%e5%a6%bb%e5%85%b1%e6%9c%89%e8%b2%a1%e7%94%a2\/\">\u5206\u5272\u5171\u540c\u8d22\u4ea7<\/a>\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u52a0\u5dde\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u79bb\u5a5a\u540e\uff0c\u592b\u59bb\u7684\u5171\u540c\u8d22\u4ea7\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u6839\u636e\u5a5a\u59fb\u8d22\u4ea7\u5206\u914d\u7684\u539f\u5219\u8fdb\u884c\u5206\u5272\u3002\u7a76\u7adf\u4f1a\u5982\u4f55\u5206\u5272\u8d22\u4ea7\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5bb6\u5ead\u8d22\u4ea7\u6765\u6e90\u4e0e\u4f7f\u7528\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u54a8\u8be2\u4e13\u4e1a\u7684\u79bb\u5a5a\u5f8b\u5e08\u6765\u83b7\u5f97\u66f4\u660e\u786e\u7684\u7b54\u6848\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e00\u65b9\u914d\u5076\u7528\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d22\u4ea7\u507f\u8fd8\u4e86\u503a\u52a1\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u5728\u79bb\u5a5a\u540e\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u662f\u5426\u6709\u6743\u4ece\u5171\u540c\u8d22\u4ea7\u4e2d\u8981\u56de\u8fd9\u7b14\u94b1\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n<h2><span \/><\/p>\n<p>\u592b\u59bb\u5728\u5a5a\u59fb\u5b58\u7eed\u671f\u95f4\u6240\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u503a\u52a1\u901a\u5e38\u4e3a\u5171\u540c\u503a\u52a1\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5728\u5a5a\u524d\u6216\u5a5a\u540e\u6ca1\u6709\u7279\u522b\u7684\u8d22\u4ea7\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u8fd9\u6bb5\u65f6\u95f4\u6240\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u8d1f\u503a\u662f\u9700\u8981\u53cc\u65b9\u5e73\u7b49\u627f\u62c5\u7684\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u592b\u59bb\u53cc\u65b9\u90fd\u6709\u8d23\u4efb\u627f\u62c5\u507f\u8fd8\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u65b9\u4f7f\u7528\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5a5a\u524d\u6216\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d22\u4ea7\u652f\u4ed8\u4e86\u5a5a\u540e\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.castletonlaw.com\/blog\/tag\/%e5%a4%ab%e5%a6%bb%e5%85%b1%e5%90%8c%e5%80%ba%e5%8a%a1\/\">\u5171\u540c\u503a\u52a1<\/a>\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u662f\u8d60\u4e0e\u884c\u4e3a\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u79bb\u5a5a\u540e\uff0c\u8fd9\u65b9\u4e5f\u65e0\u6743\u4ece\u5171\u540c\u8d22\u4ea7\u4e2d\u8981\u56de\u8fd9\u7b14\u94b1\u3002\u6362\u53e5\u8bdd\u8bf4\uff0c\u592b\u59bb\u4e00\u65b9\u52a8\u7528\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u5c31\u7b97\u662f\u4e3a\u592b\u59bb\u53cc\u65b9\u505a\u51fa\u8d21\u732e\uff0c\u4e5f\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u662f\u5bf9\u5171\u540c\u8d22\u4ea7\u7684\u8d60\u4e0e\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E5%81%BF%E8%BF%98%E4%B8%8E%E8%B4%A2%E4%BA%A7%E5%8D%8F%E8%AE%AE\"><\/span>\u507f\u8fd8\u4e0e\u8d22\u4ea7\u534f\u8bae<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u507f\u8fd8\uff08Reimbursement\uff09\u5728\u79bb\u5a5a\u6848\u4e2d\u79f0\u4e4b\u4e3a\u62a5\u9500\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u65b9\u5411\u5bf9\u65b9\u8981\u6c42\u8fd4\u8fd8\u4ed6\/\u5979\u5df2\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u503a\u52a1\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u592b\u59bb\u5bb6\u5ead\u7684\u5171\u540c\u5229\u76ca\u800c\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\uff0c\u4e14\u5f53\u521d\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u65b9\u662f\u5fc3\u7518\u60c5\u613f\u5730\u4f7f\u7528\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d22\u4ea7\u6765\u507f\u8fd8\uff0c\u5219\u66f4\u96be\u8981\u6c42\u507f\u8fd8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6362\u53e5\u8bdd\u8bf4\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u503a\u52a1\u662f\u4e3a\u592b\u59bb\u5171\u540c\u751f\u6d3b\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u65b9\u4e3b\u52a8\u652f\u4ed8\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8d1f\u503a\uff0c\u5c31\u4e0d\u592a\u53ef\u80fd\u8981\u6c42\u5bf9\u65b9\u507f\u8fd8\u3002\u4e3a\u907f\u514d\u79bb\u5a5a\u65f6\u8d22\u4ea7\u548c\u503a\u52a1\u5f15\u8d77\u4e89\u8bae\uff0c\u5efa\u8bae\u592b\u59bb\u5728\u5a5a\u524d\u6216\u5a5a\u540e\u8fdb\u884c\u8d22\u4ea7\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u5728\u5a5a\u59fb\u5f00\u59cb\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u54a8\u8be2\u5bb6\u5ead\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5e2b\u4f86\u5236\u5b9a\u5a5a\u524d\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u660e\u786e\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u8d22\u4ea7\u6743\u76ca\u548c\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u800c\u5728\u5a5a\u59fb\u4e2d\uff0c\u592b\u59bb\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fbe\u6210\u5a5a\u540e\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u5bf9\u8d22\u52a1\u548c\u8d22\u4ea7\u8fdb\u884c\u7ea6\u5b9a\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u3002\u900f\u8fc7\u8d22\u4ea7\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u592b\u59bb\u53ef\u4ee5\u7ea6\u5b9a\u503a\u52a1\u7684\u5206\u62c5\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u5728\u672a\u6765\u5206\u6b67\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u786e\u4fdd\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u6743\u76ca\u5f97\u5230\u4fdd\u969c\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E7%BB%93%E8%AE%BA\"><\/span>\u7ed3\u8bba<span
