Divorce)\u3002\u6c11\u773e\u4e5f\u8a31\u6703\u5c0d\u6b64\u985e\u578b\u7684\u96e2\u5a5a\u6848\u4ef6\u6709\u67d0\u4e9b\u5c64\u9762\u7684\u8aa4\u89e3\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5047\u8a2d\u6211\u548c\u5148\u751f\u5df2\u63d0\u51fa\u96e2\u5a5a\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u5011\u5728\u5b69\u5b50\u64ab\u990a\u8cbb\u4ee5\u53ca\u8d0d\u990a\u8cbb\u91d1\u984d\u81f3\u4eca\u672a\u80fd\u9054\u6210\u5171\u8b58\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u5426\u4ee3\u8868\u6211\u5011\u8981\u6253\u597d\u5e7e\u5e74\u7684\u5b98\u53f8\u624d\u80fd\u6062\u5fa9\u55ae\u8eab?<\/p>\r\n<p>\u5982\u6b64\u89c0\u5ff5\u4e26\u4e0d\u5b8c\u5168\u6b63\u78ba\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u96e2\u5a5a\u6848\u4ef6\u9084\u5177\u722d\u8b70\uff0c\u8cc7\u7522\u3001\u50b5\u52d9\u7684\u754c\u5b9a\u4ecd\u9059\u9059\u7121\u671f\uff0c\u6216\u5c0d\u65bc\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u64ab\u990a\u6b0a\u59cb\u7d42\u722d\u57f7\u4e0d\u4e0b\uff0c\u7d93\u904e\u516d\u500b\u6708\u5f8c\uff0c\u53ef\u8981\u6c42\u5148\u6062\u5fa9\u55ae\u8eab(bifurcation)\uff0c\u4e26\u540c\u6642\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5411\u5c0d\u65b9\u722d\u53d6\u61c9\u6709\u7684\u6b0a\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u96d9\u65b9\u5728\u5b98\u53f8\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u53ef\u900f\u904e\u5f8b\u5e2b\u9032\u884c\u641c\u8b49(discovery)\u7684\u52d5\u4f5c\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u5c0d\u65b9\u6279\u9732\u8ca1\u52d9\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u6216\u5411\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u767c\u50b3\u7968(subpoena)\u8abf\u67e5\u5e95\u7d30\u3002\u82e5\u5c0d\u65b9\u62d2\u4e0d\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u53ef\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u51fa\u52d5\u8b70(motion)\u5f37\u5236\u5c0d\u65b9\u56de\u7b54\u3002\u7d93\u6fdf\u58d3\u529b\u7dca\u8feb\u7684\u4e00\u65b9\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u7533\u8acb\u81e8\u6642\u751f\u6d3b\u8cbb(Temporary
