of Paternity)\uff0c\u6216\u7d93\u516c\u8b49\uff0c\u4e26\u9001\u5f80\u653f\u5e9c\u5152\u7ae5\u798f\u5229\u55ae\u4f4d\u5099\u6848\u3002\u4f46\u5c0d\u65b9\u82e5\u62d2\u7d55\u7c3d\u5b57\uff0c\u5247\u5fc5\u9808\u63a1\u53d6\u53e6\u4e00\u7a2e\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8a34\uff0c\u6b64\u6642\u6cd5\u5b98\u6709\u6b0a\u4e0b\u4ee4\u9032\u884cDNA\u57fa\u56e0\u9451\u5b9a\u3002<br \/>\u5fc5\u9808\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u5728\u89aa\u5b50\u8072\u660e\u66f8\u4e0a\u7c3d\u5b57\uff0c\u5c31\u4e0d\u53ef\u8f15\u6613\u53cd\u6094\u3002\u5728\u904e\u4e86\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8ffd\u6eaf\u671f\u5f8c\u624d\u9032\u884cDNA\u57fa\u56e0\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u82e5\u767c\u73fe\u5152\u975e\u89aa\u751f\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4ecd\u9700\u63f9\u4e0a\u66ff\u4eba\u990a\u5b50\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\uff0c\u9019\u4efd\u8072\u660e\u66f8\u4ee3\u8868\u5df2\u653e\u68c4\u5ead\u5be9\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\uff0c\u610f\u7fa9\u91cd\u5927\u3002\u7576\u7136\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6388\u8207\u6c11\u773e\u77e5\u7684\u6b0a\u76ca\uff0c\u5047\u8a2d\u7576\u4e8b\u4eba\u5c0d\u81ea\u5df1\u7c3d\u4e0b\u7684\u8072\u540d\u66f8\u6709\u7570\u8b70\u6642\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u7c3d\u540d\u5f8c\u516d\u5341\u5929\u5167\u5448\u5831\u4e00\u4efd\u89aa\u5b50\u95dc\u4fc2\u64a4\u92b7\u66f8(Declaration of Paternity Rescission)\u7d66\u653f\u5e9c\u76f8\u95dc\u55ae\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e26\u6b63\u5f0f\u544a\u77e5\u53d7\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u90a3\u4e00\u65b9\u3002\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e26\u5bb9\u8a31\u7576\u4e8b\u4eba\u5728\u5b69\u5b50\u51fa\u751f\u5f8c\u4e8c\u5e74\u4e4b\u671f\u9650\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5617\u8a66\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u51fa\u7570\u8b70\uff0c\u7576\u7136\u7406\u7531\u5fc5\u9808\u5145\u4efd\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u53f0\u7063\u540d\u5a9b\u674e\u73cd\u59ae\u8207\u67d0\u4f01\u696d\u5433\u8463\u4e8b\u9577\uff0c\u64da\u5831\u5c0e\u53ef\u80fd\u79c1\u751f\u4e00\u5973\uff0c\u4f46\u5433\u4e26\u4e0d\u627f\u8a8d\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u62d2\u7d55\u6aa2\u9a57DNA\u3002\u6b64\u6848\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u5c1a\u672a\u5b9a\u8b9e\uff0c\u8feb\u4f7f\u674e\u73cd\u59ae\u5728\u6c23\u61a4\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u5728\u53e6\u4e00\u5834\u8207\u5433\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u80a1\u6b0a\u722d\u8b70\u6cd5\u5ead\u4e2d\uff0c\u8d81\u6cd5\u5b98\u525b\u96e2\u958b\uff0c\u7adf\u706b\u901f\u626f\u4e0b\u5433\u4e00\u64ae\u982d\u9aee\u4f5c\u70ba\u6aa2\u9a57\u7528\u9014\uff0c\u4ee4\u4e00\u65c1\u5728\u5834\u4eba\u58eb\u8a6b\u7570\u3002\u674e\u73cd\u59ae\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u96d6\u4ee4\u4eba\u4e0d\u53ef\u601d\u8b70\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\uff0c\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0d\u6703\u767c\u751f\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u751f\u7236\u82e5\u70ba\u4e86\u9003\u907f\u8cac\u4efb\u800c\u62d2\u7d55DNA\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u6cd5\u5b98\u53ef\u80fd\u76f4\u63a5\u5224\u5b9a\u5b69\u5b50\u70ba\u89aa\u751f\u3002\u5728\u6536\u5230\u9452\u5b9a\u89aa\u5b50\u95dc\u4fc2\u50b3\u7968\u5f8c\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u4e09\u5341\u65e5\u5167\u63d0\u51fa\u56de\u61c9\uff0c\u4e0d\u53ef\u7f6e\u4e4b\u4e0d\u7406\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u9053\u7406\u76f8\u540c\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u672a\u4f5cDNA\u6aa2\u9a57\uff0c\u6cd5\u5b98\u53ef\u80fd\u4ecd\u7136\u5224\u6c7a\u5b69\u5b50\u70ba\u89aa\u751f\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u5728\u5b8c\u6210\u89aa\u5b50\u95dc\u4fc2\u9452\u5b9a\u904e\u5f8c\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8acb\u5b69\u5b50\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u671f\u9593\u7684\u64ab\u990a\u6b0a\u53ca\u8cbb\u7528\u5206\u914d(Petition for Custody and Support of Minor Children)\u3002\u5047\u8a2d\u7236\u6bcd\u96d9\u65b9\u5df2\u9054\u5230\u5171\u8b58\uff0c\u53ef\u5171\u540c\u6e96\u5099\u4e00\u4efd
