Reporter)\u4f86\u8a18\u9304\u7576\u5834\u6bcf\u4e00\u554f\u6bcf\u4e00\u7b54\u3002\u66f8\u8a18\u54e1\u5c07\u6703\u88fd\u4f5c\u4e00\u4efd\u8b04\u672cdeposition transcript\uff0c\u9001\u4ea4\u5230\u7533\u8acb\u65b9\u624b\u4e0a\u3002\u4ee3\u8868\u5f8b\u5e2b\u53ef\u5206\u6790\u53e3\u4f9b\u4e2d\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u5224\u65b7\u5c0d\u65b9\u662f\u5426\u6709\u8aaa\u8b0a\u3001\u8aa4\u5c0e\u3001\u6216\u610f\u5916\u900f\u9732\u65b0\u8a0a\u606f\u7b49\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u5c07\u4f86\u4f5c\u70ba\u5448\u5802\u8b49\u64da\uff0c\u6216\u8a31\u6709\u5229\u6848\u60c5\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u5c0d\u65b9\u4ea6\u6709\u6b0a\u8981\u6c42\u4e00\u4efd\u53e3\u4f9b\u526f\u672c\uff0c\u597d\u61c9\u5c0d\u4efb\u4f55\u65b0\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u9304\u88fd\u53e3\u4f9b\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u4e0d\u83f2\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u50b3\u559a\u4f86\u9304\u88fd\u53e3\u4f9b\u7684\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5305\u62ec\u539f\u544a\u6216\u88ab\u544a\u7576\u4e8b\u4eba\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u6216\u8207\u6848\u60c5\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u5404\u7a2e\u8b49\u4eba\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u89aa\u621a\u3001\u670b\u53cb\u3001\u540c\u4e8b\u3001\u4e3b\u7ba1\u3001\u4e0b\u5c6c\u3001\u5ba2\u6236\u3001\u5ee0\u5546\u7b49\u7b49\u3002\u901a\u77e5\u539f\u88ab\u544a\u4ee5\u53ca\u6848\u4ef6\u7576\u4e8b\u4eba\u9304\u53e3\u4f9b\u6642\u9593\u53ca\u5730\u9ede\uff0c\u53ea\u9700\u767c\u4e00\u4efd\u901a\u77e5\u66f8\u3002\u5426\u5247\u4e00\u822c\u5fc5\u9808\u6b63\u5f0f\u767c\u51fd\u50b3\u7968(deposition subpoena)
