1"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<h4>\u751f\u524d\u4fe1\u8a17\u5982\u4f55\u4f5c\u7528?<\/h4>\r\n<p>\u5373\u4f7f\u60a8\u55aa\u5931\u81ea\u7406\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u751f\u524d\u4fe1\u8a17\u4e5f\u80fd\u78ba\u4fdd\u8cc7\u7522\u7ba1\u7406\u6703\u78ba\u5be6\u4f9d\u7167\u60a8\u7684\u610f\u9858\u9032\u884c\u3002\u751f\u524d\u4fe1\u8a17\u8a2d\u5b9a\u5b8c\u6210\u5f8c\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u81ea\u884c\u64d4\u4efb\u4fe1\u8a17\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u6307\u5b9a\u4ed6\u4eba\u64d4\u4efb\u3002\u5728\u60a8\u53bb\u4e16\u5f8c\uff0c\u4fe1\u8a17\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\uff08\u985e\u4f3c\u907a\u56d1\u57f7\u884c\u4eba\uff09\u6703\u6e05\u9ede\u60a8\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u3001\u6e05\u511f\u3001\u8ffd\u8a0e\u50b5\u52d9\u53ca\u7e73\u7d0d\u7a05\u6b3e\uff0c\u4e26\u4f9d\u7167\u60a8\u7684\u6307\u793a\u5206\u914d\u8cc7\u7522\u3002\u751f\u524d\u4fe1\u8a17\u8207\u907a\u56d1\u6700\u5927\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u5728\u65bc\u751f\u524d\u4fe1\u8a17\u7121\u9700\u5728\u6cd5\u9662\u76e3\u7763\u4e0b\u57f7\u884c\uff0c\u4ea6\u4e0d\u5fc5\u7d93\u7531\u6cd5\u9662\u8a31\u53ef\u3002<\/p>\r\n<h4>\u662f\u5426\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u90fd\u61c9\u7576\u6210\u7acb\u751f\u524d\u4fe1\u8a17?<\/h4>\r\n<p>\u4e0d\u662f\u3002\u8cc7\u7522\u4e0d\u591a\u4e14\u7121\u5b50\u5973\u7684\u5e74\u8f15\u592b\u59bb\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u65b9\u8eab\u5f8c\uff0c\u628a\u8cc7\u7522\u6089\u6578\u7559\u7d66\u914d\u5076\uff0c\u5373\u4e0d\u9700\u751f\u524d\u4fe1\u8a17\u3002\u8cc7\u7522\u4e0d \u591a\u4e14\u907a\u7522\u898f\u5283\u5167\u5bb9\u975e\u5e38\u7c21\u55ae \u8005\uff0c\u4e5f\u7121\u9700\u751f\u524d\u4fe1\u8a17\u3002 \u53e6\uff0c\u70ba\u9632\u722d\u7aef\u6b67\u7570\u4e82\u5c40\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u900f\u904e\u6cd5\u9662\u76e3\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u907a\u7522\u5206\u914d\u8005\uff0c\u5247\u4e0d\u53ef\u4ea4\u4ed8\u751f\u524d\u4fe1\u8a17\u3002 \u8cc7\u7522\u50f9\u503c\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff08\u7279\u5225\u662f\u5728\u64c1\u6709\u8907\u6578\u5730\u7522\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\u4e0b\uff09\uff0c\u8d8a\u9700\u8981\u6210\u7acb\u751f\u524d\u4fe1\u8a17\u3002\u5728\u767c\u751f\u610f\u5916\u4e8b\u6545\u6216\u7a81\u7136\u751f\u75c5\u7121\u6cd5\u81ea\u7406\u6642\uff0c\u751f\u524d\u4fe1\u8a17\u66f4\u986f\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\r\n<h4>\u7576\u6211\u55aa\u5931\u81ea\u7406\u80fd\u529b\u6642\uff0c \u751f\u524d\u4fe1\u8a17\u5c0d\u6211\u6709\u4f55\u5e6b\u52a9?<\/h4>\r\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u81ea\u5df1\u662f\u751f\u524d\u4fe1\u8a17\u7684\u4fe1\u8a17\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u60a8\u55aa\u5931\u5fc3\u667a\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u60a8\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u7e7c\u4efb\u4fe1\u8a17\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\u5247\u6703\u70ba\u60a8\u7ba1\u7406\u4fe1\u8a17\u8cc7\u7522\u3002 \u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u672a\u5217\u5165\u751f\u524d\u4fe1 \u8a17\uff0c\u5247\u9700\u7531\u5176\u4ed6\u6cd5\u4eba\u7ba1\u7406\u60a8\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\uff0c\u5c46\u6642\u7531\u8ab0\u5982\u4f55\u57f7\u884c\u8207\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u9700\u8996\u60a8\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u70ba\u5171\u540c\u6216\u500b\u5225\u8ca1\u7522\u800c\u5b9a\uff0c\u7121\u60a8\u7f6e\u5599\u6216\u53d6\u6c7a\u7684\u9918\u5730\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u52a0\u5dde\u4e43\u5be6\u65bd\u592b\u59bb\u8ca1\u7522\u5171\u6709\u7684\u5dde\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5df2\u5a5a\u6216\u5b8c\u6210\u540c\u5c45\u767b\u8a18\uff0c\u60a8\u6216\u60a8\u7684\u914d\u5076\u6216\u540c\u5c45\u4f34\u4fb6\uff0c\u5728\u5c45\u4f4f\u65bc\u52a0\u5dde\u671f\u9593\u8cfa\u53d6\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u90fd\u8996\u70ba\u5171\u6709\u8ca1\u7522\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u60a8\u5728\u5a5a\u524d\u6216\u540c\u5c45\u767b\u8a18\u524d\u64c1\u6709\u7684\u8ca1\u7522\uff0c\u6216\u60a8\u5728\u5a5a\u59fb\u6216\u540c\u5c45\u671f\u9593\u6307\u540d\u6536\u53d7\u7684\u8d08\u8207\u6216\u907a\u7522\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u60a8\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u5c08\u6709\u7684\u500b\u5225\u8ca1\u7522\u3002\u5728\u52a0\u5dde\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u60a8\u7684\u914d\u5076\u6216\u540c\u5c45\u4f34\u4fb6\u64c1\u6709\u7ba1\u7406\u5171\u540c\u8ca1\u7522\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5373\u53ef\u7531\u5176\u7ba1\u7406\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u64c1\u6709\u500b\u5225\u8ca1\u7522\uff08\u6216\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u672a\u5a5a\u6216\u672a\u5b8c\u6210\u540c\u5c45\u767b\u8a18\uff09\uff0c\u5247\u5728\u60a8\u55aa\u5931\u81ea\u7406\u80fd\u529b\u6642\uff0c\u53ef\u7531\u6388\u6b0a\u66f8\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u4ee3\u7406 \u4eba\u7ba1\u7406\u60a8\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6c92\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u898f\u5283\uff0c \u60a8\u7684\u500b\u5225\u8ca1\u7522\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u9032\u5165\u907a\u56d1\u8a8d\u8b49\u6cd5\u5ead\u7684\u907a\u7522\u4fdd\u8b77 (Conservatorship) \u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002 \u6cd5\u5b98\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88c1\u5b9a\u60a8\u5df2\u55aa\u5931\u7ba1\u7406\u8ca1\u52d9\u6216\u5c0d\u6297\u6b3a\u8a50\u7b49\u4e0d\u7576\u884c\u70ba\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4e26\u6307\u5b9a\u4e00\u540d\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u4ee3\u60a8\u7ba1\u7406\u8cc7\u7522\uff0c\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u6709\u7fa9\u52d9\u5b9a\u671f\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u56de\u5831\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u60a8\u4e4b\u524d\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u67d0\u500b\u4eba\uff0c \u82e5\u60a8\u672a\u6307\u5b9a\uff0c\u5247\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u60a8\u7684\u914d\u5076\u3001\u5b8c\u6210\u767b\u8a18\u7684\u540c\u5c45\u4f34\u4fb6\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\u3002\u82e5\u524d\u8ff0\u95dc\u4fc2\u4eba\u4e2d\u6c92\u6709\u4eba\u53ef\u64d4\u4efb\u60a8\u7684\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\uff0c\u5247\u7531\u516c\u8a2d\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u7ba1\u7406\u60a8\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u3002 \u554f\u984c\u5728\u65bc\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u7a0b\u5e8f\u56e0\u6cd5\u9662\u5df2\u5be6\u8cea\u4ecb\u5165\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u516c\u958b\u900f\u660e\uff0c
