\/>\u53c8\u80fd\u8d76\u4e0a\u6295\u8d44\u4e70\u623f\u7684\u98ce\u6f6e\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u4e24\u4eba\u6709\u540c\u4f4f\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c<wbr \/>\u5728\u751f\u6d3b\u7ec6\u8282\u4e0a\u5f88\u5c11\u6709\u6469\u64e6\uff0c\u5174\u8da3\u7231\u597d\u4e5f\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c<wbr \/>\u7b80\u76f4\u5c31\u662f\u5929\u8d50\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u5ba4\u53cb\u3002<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u66f4\u5e78\u8fd0\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u73cd\u73cd\u5728\u65b0\u804c\u573a\u9082\u9005\u4e86\u4e00\u4f4d\u597d\u5bf9\u8c61\uff0c<wbr \/>\u90fd\u662f\u4e94\u4e94\u5206\u5e10\u3002\u522b\u8bf4\u73cd\u73cd\u548c\u7537\u53cb\u603b\u5f85\u5728\u5ba2\u5385\u79c0\u6069\u7231\uff0c<wbr \/>\u8ba9\u5c0f\u73ca\u5c34\u5c2c\u4e0d\u5df2\uff0c\u66f4\u6c14\u4eba\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u90a3\u4e2a\u7537\u4eba\u597d\u5403\u61d2\u505a\uff0c<wbr \/>\u4e00\u6bdb\u94b1\u4e5f\u820d\u4e0d\u5f97\u51fa\u3002\u5c0f\u73ca\u548c\u73cd\u73cd\u4e3a\u6b64\u4e0d\u77e5\u5435\u4e86\u591a\u5c11\u6b21\u3002<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u81ea\u6b64\uff0c\u597d\u53cb\u4e4b\u95f4\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u5acc\u9699\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u73cd\u73cd\u7537\u53cb\u717d\u98ce\u70b9\u706b\uff0c<wbr \/>\u73cd\u73cd\u6700\u7ec8\u51b3\u5b9a\u548c\u5c0f\u73ca\u300c\u62c6\u4f19\u300d\uff0c\u628a\u623f\u5b50\u5356\u4e86\uff0c\u4e00\u62cd\u4e24\u6563\u3002\u95ee\u9898\u662f\uff0c<wbr \/>\u5c0f\u73ca\u5374\u4ee5\u6700\u8fd1\u666f\u6c14\u4f4e\u8ff7\uff0c\u623f\u4ea7\u4ef7\u683c\u4e0d\u597d\u4e3a\u7531\uff0c\u62d2\u7edd\u5356\u623f\u3002<wbr href=\"http:\/\/castletonlaw.com\/blog\/tag\/\u6c11\u4e8b\u8bc9\u8bbc\u6cd5\">\u6c11\u4e8b\u8bc9\u8bbc\u6cd5<\/a>\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c<wbr \/>\u9488\u5bf9\u8d22\u4ea7\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u6743\u6216\u7ba1\u7406\u6743\uff0c\u5018\u82e5\u5728\u5171\u540c\u62e5\u6709\u8005\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c<wbr \/>\u65e0\u6cd5\u8fbe\u6210\u5171\u8bc6\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u5c06\u8d22\u4ea7\u8fdb\u884c\u5f3a\u5236\u5206\u5272\u6216\u51fa\u552e\u3002<wbr \/>\u4ee5\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u4e3a\u4f8b\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u987b\u4ee5 tenancy in common dir=\"ltr\">\u4e00\u65e6\u5f00\u542f\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u51b3\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u5141\u8bb8\u5206\u5272\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c<wbr \/>\u5fc5\u987b\u786e\u5b9a\u8be5\u8d22\u4ea7\u7684\u516c\u5e73\u5e02\u573a\u4ef7\u503c\u3002\u5047\u8bbe\u6709\u4eba\u53cd\u5bf9\u51fa\u552e\uff0c<wbr out\uff09\u5171\u540c\u62e5\u6709\u8005\u4efd\u989d\u7684\u9009\u9879\u3002\u6cd5\u9662\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5224\u5b9a\uff0c<wbr \/>referee\uff09\u6765\u8fdb\u884c\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002\u5c06\u88c1\u5224\u5458\u7684\u62a5\u544a\u7eb3\u5165\u8003\u91cf\uff0c<wbr \/>\u4ee5\u53ca\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u65b9\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u5f02\u8bae\u540e\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u5c06\u4f5c\u51fa\u6700\u7ec8\u5224\u51b3\uff08final
