\u4e00\u65e6\u6795\u908a\u4eba\u64a4\u624b\u4eba\u571c\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5411\u52a0\u5dde\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8bf7\u7ee7\u627f\u5df2\u6545\u914d\u5076\u7684\u9057\u4ea7? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.castletonlaw.com\/blog\/tag\/%e7%bb%a7%e6%89%bf%e9%81%97%e4%ba%a7%e6%b5%81%e7%a8%8b\/\">\u7ee7\u627f\u9057\u4ea7\u6d41\u7a0b<\/a>\u4e3a\u4f55\uff1f\u75db\u5931\u6240\u7231\uff0c\u65e5\u5b50\u5df2\u7ecf\u591f\u8f9b\u82e6\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u6709\u8f83\u4e3a\u7b80\u5316\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff1f<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u5728\u52a0\u5dde\uff0c\u914d\u5076\u8d22\u4ea7\u7533\u8bf7 (Spousal Property Petition)\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u5c06\u9057\u4ea7\u4ece\u5df2\u6545\u914d\u5076\u8f6c\u7ed9\u672a\u4ea1\u914d\u5076\u7684\u7b80\u5316\u4f5c\u6cd5\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u4e86\u6f2b\u957f\u4e14\u7e41\u7410\u7684\u4e00\u822c Probate<a href=\"https:\/\/www.castletonlaw.com\/blog\/tag\/%e9%81%97%e4%ba%a7%e7%bb%a7%e6%89%bf%e6%89%8b%e7%bb%ad\/\"> \u9057\u4ea7\u7ee7\u627f\u624b\u7eed<\/a>\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e3a\u60a8\u7701\u4e0b\u5b9d\u8d35\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u548c\u7cbe\u795e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5018\u82e5\u5df2\u6545\u914d\u5076\u66fe\u7ecf\u7559\u4e0b\u9057\u5631\uff0c\u4e14\u9057\u5631\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u662f\u672a\u4ea1\u914d\u5076\uff0c\u672a\u4ea1\u914d\u5076\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u8fc7\u914d\u5076\u8d22\u4ea7\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u52a0\u901f\u592b\u59bb\u5171\u540c\u8d22\u4ea7\u4ee5\u53ca\u5df2\u6545\u914d\u5076\u4e2a\u522b\u8d22\u4ea7\u7684\u7ee7\u627f\u3002\u5018\u82e5\u5df2\u6545\u914d\u5076\u4e26\u6ca1\u6709\u7559\u4e0b\u9057\u5631\uff0c\u672a\u4ea1\u914d\u5076\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u51fa\u914d\u5076\u8d22\u4ea7\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u4e3b\u5f35\u5df2\u6545\u914d\u5076\u7559\u4e0b\u7684\u907a\u7522\uff0c\u4f9d\u64da\u6cd5\u5f8b\u61c9\u8a72\u7531\u672a\u4ea1\u914d\u5076\u7ee7\u627f\uff0c\u5982\u6b64\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u52a0\u901f\u5c3d\u5feb\u7684\u5b8c\u6210\u5df2\u6545\u914d\u5076\u9057\u4ea7\u7684\u7ee7\u627f\u624b\u7eed\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u914d\u5076\u8d22\u4ea7\u7533\u8bf7\u4e0d\u9002\u7528\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u5df2\u6545\u914d\u5076\u7684\u9057\u4ea7\u53ef\u80fd\u987b\u9075\u5faa\u9057\u4ea7\u7ee7\u627f\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5904\u7f6e\u3002\u4e13\u680f\u6587\u7ae0\u300a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.castletonlaw.com\/blog\/spousal-intestate-succession\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u52a0\u5dde\u9057\u4ea7\u7ee7\u627f\u6cd5\uff1a\u5982\u4f55\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8bf7\u7ee7\u627f\u5df2\u6545\u914d\u5076\u7684\u9057\u4ea7<\/a>\u300b\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u591a\u76f8\u5173\u8baf\u606f\uff0c\u6b22\u8fce\u53c2\u9605\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u914d\u5076\u8d22\u4ea7\u7533\u8bf7\u8868\u683cForm DE-221 \u770b\u4f3c\u7b80\u5355\uff0c\u5176\u5b9e\u4e0d\u7136\u3002\u672a\u4ea1\u914d\u5076\u53ef\u4ee5\u9009\u62e9\u81ea\u884c\u586b\u5199\uff0c\u6216\u59d4\u6258\u4e00\u4f4d\u52a0\u5dde<a href=\"https:\/\/www.castletonlaw.com\/blog\/tag\/%e9%81%97%e4%ba%a7%e5%be%8b%e5%b8%88\/\">\u9057\u4ea7\u5f8b\u5e08<\/a>\u4ee3\u4e3a\u529e\u7406\u3002\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u4e00\u822c\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5c06\u4f1a\u662f\u672a\u4ea1\u914d\u5076\u672c\u4eba\u3002\u5018\u82e5\u672a\u4ea1\u914d\u5076\u5728\u5df2\u6545\u914d\u5076\u53bb\u4e16\u540e\uff0c\u4e0d\u5e78\u4e5f\u79bb\u4e16\uff0c\u5219\u672a\u4ea1\u914d\u5076\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u8d1f\u8d23\u5904\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5047\u82e5\u672a\u4ea1\u914d\u5076\u7531\u4e8e\u5931\u667a\u3001\u5931\u80fd\u3001\u5931\u8bed\u3001\u8bb0\u5fc6\u969c\u788d\u3001\u6216\u7f79\u60a3\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u8fa8\u8ba4\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u5224\u65ad\u80fd\u529b\u6216\u81ea\u6211\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u88ab\u5224\u5b9a\u4e27\u5931\u6c11\u4e8b\u884c\u4e3a\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5c06\u53ef\u900f\u8fc7\u5176\u6cd5\u5b9a\u8d22\u4ea7\u76d1\u7ba1\u4eba\uff0c\u6765\u5904\u7406\u5df2\u6545\u914d\u5076\u8d22\u4ea7\u7533\u8bf7\u4e8b\u5b9c\u3002\u6b32\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u8d22\u4ea7\u76d1\u7ba1 \uff08conservatorship\uff09\u76f8\u5173\u77e5\u8bc6\uff0c\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u4e13\u680f\u6587\u7ae0\u300a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.castletonlaw.com\/blog\/conservatorship-of-the-estate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7236\u6bcd\u5931\u667a\u8d22\u4ea7\u76d1\u7ba1\u4e00\u70b9\u5c31\u901a<\/a>\u300b\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E9%85%8D%E5%81%B6%E8%B4%A2%E4%BA%A7%E7%94%B3%E8%AF%B7%E7%A8%8B%E5%BA%8F%E5%8F%8A%E7%88%AD%E8%AE%AE\"><\/span>\u914d\u5076\u8d22\u4ea7\u7533\u8bf7\u7a0b\u5e8f\u53ca\u722d\u8bae<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u9012\u4ea4\u7533\u8bf7\u8868\u683c\u4ee5\u53ca\u652f\u6301\u6587\u4ef6\u81f3\u52a0\u5dde\u9057\u4ea7\u6cd5\u9662\u540e\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u4f1a\u4e3e\u884c\u542c\u8bc1\u4f1a\uff08hearing\uff09\uff0c\u7531\u6cd5\u5b98\u5224\u51b3\u6279\u51c6\u8fd8\u662f\u9a73\u56de\u60a8\u7684\u7533\u8bf7 \uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u987b\u8981\u56de\u7b54\u6cd5\u5b98\u7684\u8d28\u8be2\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u8865\u4ef6\u3002\u60a8\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u542c\u8bc1\u4f1a\u524d\u5411\u6240\u6709\u5229\u5bb3\u5173\u7cfb\u4eba\u9001\u8fbe\u542c\u8bc1\u4f1a\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u90ae\u5bc4\u6216\u4eb2\u81ea\u9001\u8fbe\u6765\u5b8c\u6210\u3002\u5e94\u901a\u77e5\u7684\u5bf9\u8c61\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5df2\u6545\u914d\u5076\u7684\u6cd5\u5b9a\u7ee7\u627f\u4eba\u53ca\u9057\u4ea7\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba<\/li>\n<li>\u8d1f\u8d23\u7ba1\u7406\u9057\u4ea7\u7684\u6267\u884c\u4eba\u6216\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba<\/li>\n<li>\u4e0e\u9057\u4ea7\u5b58\u5728\u5229\u76ca\u5173\u7cfb\u4e14\u5df2\u63d0\u4ea4\u7279\u522b\u901a\u77e5\u8bf7\u6c42 \u7684\u4eba\u58eb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u5df2\u6545\u914d\u5076\u7684\u9057\u4ea7\u6d89\u53ca\u5a5a\u524d\u5a5a\u540e\u5404\u79cd\u6027\u8d28\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u3001\u503a\u52a1\u3001\u7ee7\u627f\u4eba\u6216\u503a\u6743\u4eba\u4e4b\u95f4\u5b58\u5728\u4e89\u8bae\u3001\u6216\u5bf9\u9057\u5631\u63d0\u51fa\u8d28\u7591\u3001\u6216\u5176\u5bb6\u5ead\u5173\u7cfb\u590d\u6742\uff0c\u672a\u4ea1\u914d\u5076\u53ef\u80fd\u65e0\u6cd5\u907f\u514d\u7ecf\u7531\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u9057\u5631\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6765\u7ee7\u627f\u9057\u4ea7\uff0c\u8fd9\u4ee3\u8868\u7b80\u5316\u7248\u7684\u914d\u5076\u8d22\u4ea7\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u8f83\u4e0d\u9002\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span
